DPA
Because placemy is architected so that your cloud inventory never leaves your account, the typical controller–processor relationship barely applies: the only personal data HPT Limited processes on your behalf is the contact and billing data you provide directly, and that relationship is governed by the privacy policy and the terms of service.
That said, many procurement teams need a signed DPA on file before they can approve a subscription. We maintain a standard DPA based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and we'll sign it on request with no redlines for the vast majority of customers.
How to get a DPA
- Email legal@placemy.cloud with your company name, registered address, and the name of the signatory.
- We'll send you the countersigned DPA (usually within one business day) and a PDF copy for your records.
- If your legal team has specific clauses they need added, include them in the first email — we'll tell you straight away whether they're workable.
