What counts as a cloud account?
One AWS account, one Azure subscription, or one GCP project. If you scan 2 AWS accounts and 1 Azure subscription, that's 3 accounts. Multi-region scans within the same account count as one.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Manage everything from your dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
PlaceMy includes a 30-day grace period. Install, scan, and evaluate without a licence key. The tool reminds you to activate but never blocks scans during the grace period.
How is the annual discount applied?
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at the discounted rate. Starter saves 15%, Pro saves 20%, and Growth/Scale save 25%.
